Welcome to the Clinton County Housing Authority.

Our mission is to provide decent, safe, affordable housing and promote opportunities for social, economic and community development for eligible persons in the Clinton County area.

CCHA has 457 Public Housing Units located in the beautiful, wooded mountains of central Pennsylvania in the towns of Lock Haven and Renovo.

PAVILION RULES: In order to ensure every tenant may enjoy the pavilion space at Carter Towers, Putnam Manor, Ransdorf Manor, and Moriarty Court, CCHA has established rules for this area.  To view a copy of these rules, CLICK HERE.
