Our mission is to provide decent, safe, affordable housing and promote opportunities for social, economic and community development for eligible persons in the Clinton County area. CCHA has 457 Public Housing Units located in the beautiful, wooded mountains of central Pennsylvania in the towns of Lock Haven and Renovo. |

NEW LOBBY HOURS: Effective January 4, 2010, both the Lock Haven and Renovo Lobby Hours will change to Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 3:30pm. LH EFFICIENCY LIST: The efficiency list for Lock Haven is now open. Applications will be accepted until further notice. UNDER CONSTRUCTION: Please excuse our mess while we remodel our front entrance to better serve our customers. Please observe all signs and warnings when entering the building.
