Our mission is to provide decent, safe, affordable housing and promote opportunities for social, economic and community development for eligible persons in the Clinton County area. CCHA has 457 Public Housing Units located in the beautiful, wooded mountains of central Pennsylvania in the towns of Lock Haven and Renovo. |

NEWSLETTER: CCHA publishes a newsletter every two months. The latest newsletter is dated April 4, 2008. Check out the link on our “Documents” page or CLICK HERE. SPRING CLEAN UP: Very few tenants participated in the annual Spring Cleanup for 2008. CCHA will discontinue this “free” service. A/C INSTALLATION: CCHA began installation of tenant-owned air conditioners. Removal will start during the week of October 6, 2008. |
